Growing up, Joe learned to cook alongside her family, starting with baking sourdough bread in her grandmother’s kitchen. Inspired by both healthy traditions and modern nutrition, she graduated from the Culinary Institute of America and now focuses on creating nourishing recipes—especially healthy sourdough breads, shrimp, and chicken dishes that support weight loss and balanced living.

She personally tests every recipe to ensure it’s easy to follow and delicious for home cooks.
