Ingredients
  

  • 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon chipotle chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • salt and pepper
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons whole grain mustard
  • 6 (6 ounce) salmon fillets
  • fresh thyme, for serving

Method
 

  1. Set your oven to 450°F and prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.
  2. Combine honey, whole grain mustard, smoked paprika, chipotle chili powder, onion powder, and garlic powder in a small bowl and whisk until well mixed.
  3. Arrange the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet and season them lightly with salt. Generously spoon the honey mustard mixture over each piece.
  4. Bake the salmon for about 10 to 12 minutes until it’s fully cooked through. For a golden finish, broil it for an additional 1 to 2 minutes, keeping a close eye so it doesn’t burn.
  5. Sprinkle fresh thyme and flaky sea salt on top before serving. Enjoy your warm and flavorful salmon!
