  • 1 pound asparagus ends trimmed*
  • 1 tablespoon oil olive or avocado
  • 1 clove garlic finely minced, optional
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 370°F and allow it to warm up for about 3 minutes.
  2. In a large bowl, blend the oil with the minced garlic, salt, and black pepper until combined. Toss the asparagus spears in this mixture until every spear is evenly coated.
  3. Arrange the asparagus in one layer in the air fryer basket and cook for 6 to 9 minutes, shaking or stirring the basket halfway through. Smaller spears need around 6 minutes, while thicker ones may require up to 9 minutes.

Notes
