- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, toss potatoes with oil, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, parsley, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Air fry for 15–20 minutes, shaking halfway through, until crispy and golden brown.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese while hot and serve immediately.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, soak potatoes in cold water for 30 minutes before cooking and dry thoroughly. Store leftovers in an airtight container and reheat in air fryer for best results.
