Ingredients
  

  • 3 russet potatoes (mine were 300 grams)
  • 1½ tablespoons oil
  • salt and pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees F according to manufacturer directions if required.
  2. Wash and dry potatoes thoroughly.
  3. Rub all over with oil and season well with salt and pepper.
  4. Pierce each potato with a fork once in the middle.
  5. Place potatoes in the air fryer basket and cook for 40 minutes.
  6. Check doneness by inserting a knife into the center of the potatoes; if it goes in and comes out easily, they are done.
  7. If not done, cook for an additional 5-10 minutes until tender.

Notes

  • Adjust cooking times based on potato size. For smaller potatoes, reduce time slightly; for larger potatoes, increase it. Serve with your favorite toppings like butter, sour cream, or chives.
