Pat the salmon fillets dry with a paper towel and season both sides with salt and pepper.
In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and lime juice until smooth and combined.
Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
Brush each salmon fillet with olive oil and place them in the air fryer basket.
Cook the salmon for 10-12 minutes, until it flakes easily with a fork and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
In the last minute of cooking, brush a generous amount of Bang Bang sauce over the salmon fillets.
Carefully remove the salmon from the air fryer and let it rest for a couple of minutes.
Drizzle with additional Bang Bang sauce and garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds if desired.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
