Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb of chicken wings
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup of all purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400 degrees.
  2. Place your wings in a large dish. Drizzle the oil over them and toss to coat.
  3. Combine the flour, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, cayenne, and black pepper in a bowl to make the breading.
  4. Coat the wings one at a time in the breading and place on a dry plate or paper towel.
  5. Arrange the wings in the air fryer basket with some space around each.
  6. Cook for 14-16 minutes, flipping halfway through cooking.
  7. Use a meat thermometer to ensure wings reach an internal temperature of 165 degrees.
  8. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

  • For extra crispiness, lightly spray the wings with cooking spray before air frying. You can adjust the cayenne pepper to your spice preference. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
