Ingredients
  

  • 2 large boneless and skinless Chicken Breasts
  • 1 cup preferably Italian seasoned Breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 cup Marinara Sauce
  • 1 cup shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Set your air fryer to 380°F (193°C) and let it warm up.
  2. Even out the thickness of the chicken breasts to about half an inch by pounding them gently.
  3. Combine the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a shallow dish. In another dish, drizzle olive oil over the chicken pieces.
  4. Press each chicken breast firmly into the breadcrumb mix to coat it well.
  5. Arrange the breaded chicken in a single layer inside the air fryer basket and cook for 10 to 12 minutes, remembering to flip the pieces at the halfway point.
  6. Take out the chicken, spoon marinara sauce over each piece, and sprinkle them evenly with mozzarella cheese.
  7. Place the chicken back in the air fryer and cook for another 3 to 5 minutes until the cheese melts fully and bubbles.
  8. Allow the chicken to rest a few minutes before serving to keep it juicy.
