Ingredients
  

  • 4 large chicken thighs skin-on fillets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Method
 

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 190C/375F.
  2. In a bowl, add the chicken and olive oil; mix well.
  3. Add salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, smoked paprika, and garlic powder; mix to coat evenly.
  4. Place chicken skin side up in the air fryer basket.
  5. Cook for 12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until internal temperature reaches 165F.
  6. Remove the chicken and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
