Method
- Preheat the air fryer to 190C/375F.
- In a bowl, add the chicken and olive oil; mix well.
- Add salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, smoked paprika, and garlic powder; mix to coat evenly.
- Place chicken skin side up in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until internal temperature reaches 165F.
- Remove the chicken and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
