  • 2 large Apples or 3 small
  • 2 Tablespoons butter
  • 2 Tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

Method
 

  1. Cut apples into slices ½ inch thick and discard the core.
  2. In a large microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter in the microwave or on the stove.
