Method
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F.
- Lightly butter one side of the bread and press a well into the center.
- Crack one egg into each bread slice.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese around the edges or over the whites.
- Air fry for 6–8 minutes, until the whites are set and cheese is melted.
- Season with salt, pepper, and herbs. Serve hot.
Notes
- Use thicker bread to prevent sogginess. For soft yolks, air fry 6 minutes; for firmer yolks, 8 minutes.
