Air Fryer Garlic Butter Steak Bites Easy and Irresistible

Ingredients
  

  • 650g (22.9oz) sirloin steak, trimmed and cubed
  • 1 teaspoon sweet paprika
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • Pinch of red chilli flakes (optional)
  • Low calorie spray
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 2 tablespoons salted butter, melted
  • 1.5 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (plus extra for garnish)

Method
 

  1. Season the steak pieces with paprika, salt, pepper, onion powder, and red chilli flakes. Toss well to coat evenly.
  2. Spray the steak pieces with low calorie cooking spray and toss again for even coating.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (400°F) for 5 minutes.
  4. Arrange steak pieces on the air fryer grill plate and cook for 6 minutes, turning halfway through.
  5. Remove steak bites and grill plate, leaving juices in the basket.
  6. Add minced garlic, melted butter, and chopped parsley to the basket juices. Toss steak bites in this mixture.
  7. Return steak bites to air fryer and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes to absorb flavors.
  8. Garnish with extra fresh parsley and season with additional salt and pepper as desired.
  9. Serve immediately with your favorite sides.
