Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pounds russet potatoes
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan
  • 2 tablespoons fresh chopped parsley
  • non stick cooking spray

Method

  1. Cut the russet potatoes into 1 inch cubes.
  2. Combine the potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, kosher salt, black pepper, grated parmesan, and chopped parsley in a medium bowl; toss well to coat evenly.
  3. Heat your air fryer to 400 degrees Fahrenheit and let it preheat for about 3 minutes.
  4. Lightly spray the air fryer basket with non stick cooking spray to prevent sticking.
  5. Place the seasoned potatoes into the basket and cook for 15 minutes, shaking or turning them halfway through.
  6. Continue air frying the potatoes for an extra 5 to 10 minutes until they become golden and crispy to your liking.

Notes

  • All air fryers differ, so adjust cooking times as needed. Peeling the potatoes is optional. Leftovers can be refrigerated and reheated in the air fryer. For oven baking, preheat to 425°F, spread potatoes on a sprayed baking sheet, bake 15 minutes, flip, then bake another 10-15 minutes until crispy and golden.
