Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound Large Shrimp raw, peeled, and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil high-quality
  • 3 cloves Garlic fresh minced
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika adjust based on spice preference
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
  • 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese freshly grated
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley for garnish
  • 1 lemon Lemon Wedges for squeezing over shrimp

Method
 

  1. If using frozen shrimp, thaw them completely in the refrigerator overnight or rinse under cold water, then pat dry.
  2. Combine shrimp, garlic, olive oil, paprika, salt, and black pepper in a large bowl and toss gently to coat.
  3. Add the grated parmesan cheese on top and mix carefully to distribute evenly.
  4. Heat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) and let it preheat for about 5 minutes.
  5. Arrange the shrimp in a single layer inside the air fryer basket and cook for 8 to 10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking.
  6. Once done, sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve immediately with fresh lemon wedges for extra zest.

Notes

  • Make sure shrimp are completely thawed and dried to ensure the best texture. Avoid overcrowding the air fryer basket to achieve crispiness.
