Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound (454 g) raw shrimp peeled de-veined
  • Vegetable oil or spray to coat shrimp
  • 1/4 teaspoon (1.25 ml) garlic powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • lemon wedges
  • minced parsley and/or chili flakes optional

Method
 

  1. Coat the shrimp evenly with oil or spray in a mixing bowl.
  2. Sprinkle garlic powder, salt, and black pepper onto the shrimp and toss again for full coverage.
  3. Place the shrimp in a single layer inside the air fryer basket.
  4. Cook at 400°F for 8 to 14 minutes, shaking the basket and turning the shrimp halfway through to ensure even air frying.
  5. Remove shrimp from the air fryer and transfer to a serving bowl.
  6. Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the shrimp and garnish with parsley or chili flakes if desired before serving hot.
