Ingredients

  • 2 yellow peaches
  • 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup butter diced into tiny cubes
  • Whipped Cream or Ice Cream

Method

  1. Slice the peaches into quarters or halves and carefully remove the pits, scooping out some of the flesh with a spoon.
  2. Arrange the peaches in the air fryer basket with the skin facing up and cut sides down; placing parchment paper underneath helps catch melting sugar.
  3. Cook the peaches in the air fryer at 350ºF for 5 minutes.
  4. Meanwhile, combine the graham cracker crumbs, brown sugar, and butter in a small bowl, mixing thoroughly with a fork and your fingers until crumbly.
  5. Flip the peaches so the skin side is down, then spoon the butter-crumb mixture evenly over each piece.
  6. Air fry the peaches again at 350ºF for another 5 minutes.
  7. Remove the peaches and serve hot topped with whipped cream or ice cream; garnish with fresh mint if desired.
