Air Fryer Pork Belly Bites Made Simple and Delicious

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ½ pounds pork belly, patted dry, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 3 tablespoons canola oil
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.
  2. In a large bowl, combine canola oil, brown sugar, garlic powder, kosher salt, and pepper.
  3. Add the pork belly pieces to the mixture and toss until each piece is evenly coated.
  4. Place the pork belly pieces in a single layer inside the air fryer basket. You may need to cook in batches depending on the basket size.
  5. Air fry for 18-20 minutes, shaking and flipping the pieces a couple of times during cooking for even crispiness.
  6. Once cooked to a crispy golden brown, remove from the air fryer and serve warm.
