Air Fryer Pork Tenderloin Medallions: Easy Delicious Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound pork tenderloin, cut into medallions
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Toss the pork medallions in the spice mixture until well coated.
  4. Place the medallions in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
  6. Remove from the air fryer and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.

  • Adjust cooking time based on the thickness of the medallions.
