  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ⅛ teaspoon ground pepper

Method

  1. Wash your potatoes and cut them into wedges. You don’t need to peel them.
  2. In a medium bowl, coat potato wedges with olive oil by brushing each side or tossing to coat evenly.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk onion powder, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, sea salt, paprika, and ground pepper.
  4. Sprinkle the spice mixture over the oiled wedges, moving them to coat all sides evenly.
  5. Line the wedges in the air fryer basket with skin side down.
  6. Cook at 400ºF for 15-18 minutes until golden and cooked through.
  7. Serve immediately topped with parmesan cheese and minced parsley if desired.

Notes

  • Use a pastry brush to evenly coat wedges with oil or shake wedges in a zip-top bag with oil. Cooking times may vary by air fryer model; start checking at 15 minutes. No need to shake the basket if wedges fit in a single layer. Some air fryers require preheating. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge up to 5 days; reheat in air fryer or oven.
