Method
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Slice the top off the garlic bulb to expose the cloves.
- Drizzle olive oil over the exposed cloves and sprinkle with salt.
- Wrap the bulb in aluminum foil, leaving the top slightly open.
- Place in the air fryer and cook for 25-30 minutes until soft and golden.
- Let cool slightly, then squeeze out the roasted cloves.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week. Use roasted garlic in mashed potatoes, pasta, or as a spread. Adjust cooking time based on your air fryer model.
