Air Fryer Scallops: Simple Delicious Recipe for Beginners

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 lb scallops
  • 1 tsp salt-free lemon pepper seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp softened butter

Method
 

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees F.
  2. Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
  3. Pat dry scallops and discard the tough side muscle.
  4. Season scallops on both sides with salt, pepper, paprika, and lemon pepper seasoning.
  5. Place scallops in the air fryer basket and cook for 6 minutes, flipping after 3 minutes.
  6. Toss cooked scallops with softened butter and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Make sure to pat dry the scallops before cooking.
  • Discard the tough side muscle.
  • Season generously for best flavor.
