Ingredients
  

  • 6 Extra Thin Corn Tortillas
  • 6 oz Cooked Chicken Breast, chopped or shredded
  • 1/2 C (56g) Shredded Cheddar cheese

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Lay the corn tortillas on a baking sheet.
  3. Evenly distribute the cooked chicken breast onto each tortilla.
  4. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the chicken.
  5. Fold the tortillas slightly if desired for a taco shape.
  6. Bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes or until tortillas are crispy and cheese is melted.
  7. Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving.
