- 5 large peppers Halved and seeds/membranes removed. Any colors will work!

- 1 tbsp avocado oil or olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
- Dairy-free ranch dressing (I like Tessemae's or Sir Kensington's) for topping
- fresh chopped cilantro for garnish
- 2 cloves garlic minced
