Ingredients
  

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 pound round steak, thinly sliced into 2 inch pieces
  • salt to taste
  • ground black pepper to taste
  • 1 large onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 cups fresh broccoli florets, chopped
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of broccoli soup
  • ¼ cup water
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce

Method
 

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over high heat.
  2. Add the sliced steak and season with salt and ground black pepper.
  3. Cook the beef, stirring occasionally, until it is almost completely browned.
  4. Add the sliced onions and sauté until tender.
  5. Stir in the broccoli florets, condensed cream of broccoli soup, water, and soy sauce.
  6. Mix all ingredients well to combine.
  7. Reduce heat to low and cover the skillet.
  8. Cook until the broccoli is tender and the beef reaches desired doneness, about 5-10 minutes.
