Set your air fryer to 400°F and allow it to heat for 5 minutes.
Rinse the pork chops under cold water and thoroughly pat them dry with paper towels.
In a small bowl, blend together all the dry seasoning ingredients.
Brush the pork chops with olive oil, then generously sprinkle and press the seasoning mix all over the meat.
Place the pork chops in the air fryer basket and cook for 12 to 14 minutes at 400°F, flipping them halfway through at around 6 minutes.
Use a meat thermometer to ensure the internal temperature reaches 140°F before removing to account for carryover cooking up to 145°F.
