Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Bacon
  • 8 oz Prosciutto
  • 6 Hard-boiled eggs large
  • 6 oz White Cheddar Cheese
  • 6 Mini bagels
  • 7 Mini croissants
  • 10 Mini blueberry muffins
  • 10 Strawberries
  • 1 lb Red grapes
  • 1 pint Blackberries
  • 1 Avocado large
  • 1/2 cup Maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup Blackberry jam

Method
 

  1. Slice the sharp white cheddar cheese.
  2. Slice the hard-boiled eggs in half lengthwise.
  3. Fry the bacon until crispy and drain on paper towels.
  4. Add the maple syrup to a mini sauce dish.
  5. Add the blackberry jam to another mini sauce dish.
  6. Place the sauce dishes on opposite sides of your large serving board.
  7. Arrange the proteins, carbs, fruits, and veggies evenly on the board, filling any gaps with items to create a full, colorful presentation.
