  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 4 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 3-4 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 cup mashed banana (2 ripe bananas)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch salt
  • ΒΌ teaspoon cinnamon or more
  • 2 cups milk

Method
 

  1. In a large bowl, combine rolled oats, chia seeds, brown sugar, mashed bananas, cinnamon, salt, vanilla extract, and milk. Stir until well combined.
