Method
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (177°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, ranch dressing, buffalo sauce, and 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese. Mix well.
- Spread the mixture evenly into a 1.5-quart baking dish.
- Sprinkle the remaining ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese over the top.
- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until the cheese is lightly browned and the dip is bubbling.
- Serve hot with chips, carrot sticks, or celery.
Notes
- For best flavor and texture, use freshly shredded cheddar cheese instead of pre-shredded. Leftovers can be refrigerated in an airtight container for up to 3 days and reheated before serving.
