Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the drained chicken, softened cream cheese, Buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, and 1/2 cup of the shredded cheddar cheese. Mix until well blended.
Spread the mixture into an 8×8-inch baking dish or a similar oven-safe dish.
Sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup of cheddar cheese and the mozzarella cheese evenly over the top.
Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Remove from the oven and serve warm with tortilla chips, crackers, or toasted bread. Enjoy!
