Buffalo Chicken Sliders Perfect Weeknight Dinner

Ingredients
  

  • 9 pack slider buns
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded chicken
  • 1/2 cup Franks buffalo hot sauce
  • 2 Tbsp ranch dressing
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp ground black pepper
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp paprika
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 2 Tbsp butter
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp Italian seasoning

Method
 

  1. Set your oven to 350°F and prepare a 9×9 baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. Combine shredded chicken with buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika in a mixing bowl.
  3. Arrange the bottom halves of the slider buns evenly on the baking sheet.
  4. Spoon the buffalo chicken mixture over each bottom bun and sprinkle shredded cheese on top, then cover with the bun tops.
  5. In a small bowl, blend melted butter, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning, and gently brush this mixture over the slider tops.
  6. Cover the sliders with aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes at 350°F.
  7. Take off the foil and continue baking for another 5 to 10 minutes until the cheese melts and the buns turn a light golden color.
  8. Cut the sliders apart and serve hot alongside your favorite sides for a delicious meal.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, serve with celery sticks and blue cheese dressing. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days and reheat in the oven for best results.
