- Trim the cabbage by cutting it into quarters and removing the core, then slice into thin strips.
- Slice the onions thinly and cut the garlic cloves into slices.

- Add the prepared cabbage, onions, and garlic to the pan, stirring occasionally, and cook until the cabbage softens, about 10 minutes.
