Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 medium potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add chopped onion and minced garlic, sauté until translucent.
  4. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks.
  5. Season with salt, black pepper, paprika, and dried oregano.
  6. Add diced potatoes and beef broth; stir to combine.
  7. Cook for about 10 minutes until potatoes start to soften.
  8. Transfer mixture to a baking dish.
  9. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese evenly on top.
  10. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  11. Remove from oven and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes
