Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Method
 

  1. Set your air fryer to 350°F (180°C) and let it come to temperature.
  2. In a bowl, combine ground chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, smoked paprika, olive oil, and Worcestershire sauce; stir until thoroughly blended.
  3. Moisten your hands slightly and form the mixture into four uniform patties.
  4. Lightly grease the air fryer basket, arrange the patties inside, and cook for 12 minutes, flipping them once halfway through cooking or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F.
  5. Allow the patties to rest for 5 minutes after cooking before serving or assembling.

Notes

  • Use lean ground chicken or 80/20 mix depending on preference.
  • Store leftovers covered in the fridge for up to 4 days or freeze for up to 3 months.
  • For freezing uncooked patties, separate with parchment paper before freezing.
  • Reheat thawed or frozen patties in the air fryer at 375ºF for 5-8 minutes until heated through.
