  • 1 cup rolled oats (gluten-free, if needed)
  • 1 cup dairy-free milk (coconut, oat, almond, soy, etc.)
  • 2 Tbsp vegan chocolate chips
  • 1 Tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds (optional)

Method
 

  1. In a medium bowl or jar, combine rolled oats, dairy-free milk, and maple syrup.
  2. Stir in chia seeds if using, then fold in vegan chocolate chips.
  3. Cover the bowl or jar and refrigerate overnight or for at least 6 hours.
