Method
- In a large bowl, combine the rolled oats, chocolate protein powder, and mini chocolate chips.
- Add the peanut butter, honey, and water to the dry ingredients.
- Mix thoroughly until all the ingredients are well combined and form a sticky dough.
- Use your hands to roll the mixture into 16 equal-sized balls.
- Place the balls on a baking sheet or plate and refrigerate for at least 20 minutes to firm up.
- Enjoy chilled as a breakfast, snack, or dessert treat.
Notes
- Store the protein balls in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week. You can also freeze them for longer storage. For a nut-free version, substitute peanut butter with sunflower seed butter.
