Method
- In a bowl or jar, combine oats, preferred milk, brown sugar, chia seeds, vanilla protein powder, and cinnamon.
- Stir thoroughly until all ingredients are well mixed.
- Cover the container tightly and refrigerate overnight, or at least for a few hours.
- In the morning, give it a good stir and enjoy your protein-packed cinnamon roll inspired overnight oats.
Notes
- For extra creaminess, use oat or almond milk. Adjust sweetness to taste by adding more or less brown sugar. Top with nuts or a drizzle of honey if desired. Store covered in the fridge for up to 3 days.
