Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large pot, cook Brussels sprouts in boiling water for 5 minutes. Drain and set aside.
