  • 4 cups low-sodium vegetable broth
  • 1/4 cup almond butter
  • 3 cups peeled and diced carrots
  • 3 cups peeled and diced sweet potatoes
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 cup raw almonds finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon tamari (can use soy sauce if you’re not gluten-free)
