Pat the chicken breasts dry using paper towels.
Combine Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a shallow dish.
Press each chicken breast into the breadcrumb mixture until fully coated.
Heat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) and let it run for about 5 minutes.
Place the coated chicken breasts in a single layer inside the air fryer basket and spray lightly with olive oil.
Cook the chicken in the air fryer at 400°F (200°C) for 10 to 12 minutes, flipping them over halfway through the cooking time.
Let the chicken rest for a couple of minutes before serving to lock in the juices.
