Crispy Air Fryer Salmon Bites: Easy Irresistible Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 500 grams fresh salmon fillets, skinless and boneless
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 60 grams butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice, freshly squeezed
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (for coating)

Method
 

  1. Cut salmon into bite-sized pieces and pat dry.
  2. Combine melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper to make garlic butter mixture.
  3. Drizzle garlic butter mixture over salmon pieces and toss to coat; marinate for 15-20 minutes.
  4. Preheat air fryer to 200°C (400°F) for 5 minutes.
  5. Lightly coat air fryer basket with olive oil.
  6. Place salmon bites in a single layer and air fry for 8-10 minutes, shaking halfway through.

Notes

  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
  • Reheat in the air fryer for a few minutes to regain crispiness.
  • For extra crunch, consider adding breadcrumbs or panko before air frying.
