- Cut salmon into bite-sized pieces and pat dry.
- Combine melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper to make garlic butter mixture.
- Drizzle garlic butter mixture over salmon pieces and toss to coat; marinate for 15-20 minutes.
- Preheat air fryer to 200°C (400°F) for 5 minutes.
- Lightly coat air fryer basket with olive oil.
- Place salmon bites in a single layer and air fry for 8-10 minutes, shaking halfway through.

- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
- Reheat in the air fryer for a few minutes to regain crispiness.
- For extra crunch, consider adding breadcrumbs or panko before air frying.
