Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breast
  • 12 oz cream cheese room temp
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 2 Tbsp ranch powder
  • 3 Tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp ground black pepper
  • 8 oz bacon chopped and cooked
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheese

Method
 

  1. Add chicken breasts, cream cheese, garlic, ranch seasoning, butter, chicken broth, salt, and black pepper into the crockpot.
  2. Cover and cook on high for 3 to 4 hours or on low for 6 to 7 hours.
  3. Once done, carefully remove the chicken and shred it using two forks.
  4. Put the shredded chicken back into the crockpot, then mix in the cooked bacon and shredded cheese.
  5. Stir everything well and continue cooking until the cheese melts completely.
  6. Serve your creamy crack chicken warm and enjoy!
