Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken (rotisserie or boiled)
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce (like Frank’s RedHot)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green onions (optional)
  • Tortilla chips, celery sticks, or crackers for serving

Method

  1. In a crockpot, combine the shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, ranch dressing, and buffalo wing sauce. Stir until well mixed.
  2. Cover and cook on low for 2 hours, stirring once halfway through to ensure even heating.
  3. Stir in shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheeses until melted and combined.
  4. Cook for an additional 15-20 minutes uncovered, until the dip is bubbly.
  5. Sprinkle chopped green onions on top if desired.
  6. Serve warm with tortilla chips, celery sticks, or crackers.

Notes

  • For best flavor, use rotisserie chicken. You can adjust the level of heat by varying the amount of buffalo wing sauce. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
