Bread chicken tenderloins by coating in flour, then Caesar mixture, then breadcrumbs.
Heat avocado oil in a large pan over medium heat.
Test oil temperature by sprinkling a pinch of breadcrumbs; if it sizzles, oil is ready.
Fry cutlets until golden brown on each side.
Place cooked cutlets on paper towel-lined plate to absorb excess oil.
Toss chopped romaine lettuce with Caesar dressing, fresh lemon juice, and parmesan.
Assemble sandwiches by layering toasted roll, chicken cutlet, salad, and extra parmesan.

For roasting garlic: Preheat oven to 425°F.
Cut garlic heads across equator and place cut side down on foil.
Drizzle with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Bake for 30-45 minutes until cloves are golden brown.
