Set your oven to preheat at 375°F (190°C).
Evenly distribute the raw rice in a 9×13 inch baking dish.
Pour the chicken broth or water carefully over the rice without mixing.
In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt, minced garlic, grated cucumber, dill, lemon juice, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper until smooth.
Dry the chicken breasts with a paper towel, coat lightly with olive oil, and place on top of the rice layer.
Generously coat each chicken piece with the prepared tzatziki sauce.
Cover the entire dish tightly with foil and bake it in the oven for 50 to 60 minutes.
Once done, let the dish rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Garnish with extra fresh dill or parsley and lemon wedges to serve.
