Meanwhile, make the au jus by combining beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a saucepan, then simmer gently for 5 to 7 minutes.
Take the roll ups out of the oven, cut them into 2 to 3 inch slices, and serve warm alongside the au jus for dipping.
