Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt

Method

  1. In a medium bowl, stir together the Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey, vanilla extract, and sea salt until you have a smooth, uniform mixture.
  2. Gently fold the mini chocolate chips into the yogurt mixture so they are spread evenly.
  3. Line a baking tray with parchment paper and drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto it, making small bite-sized clusters.
  4. Put the tray into the freezer and chill for at least 2 hours, or until the bites are frozen solid.
  5. After freezing, place the bites into an airtight container or resealable bag and keep them in the freezer until you want to enjoy them.

Notes

  • Try mixing in a tablespoon of cocoa powder for a chocolaty variation. For a nut-free alternative, substitute almond butter in place of peanut butter.
