Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 10.75 ounce can condensed tomato soup
  • 2 Tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 8 slices frozen garlic bread
  • 1 cup shredded colby jack cheese

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven according to the garlic bread package instructions.
  2. In a medium skillet, brown the ground beef and drain excess fat.
  3. Add condensed tomato soup, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, yellow mustard, onion powder, salt, and garlic powder to the beef.
  4. Simmer the mixture for a few minutes until heated through.
  5. Bake the garlic bread as instructed on the package.
  6. Remove garlic bread from the oven and evenly spoon ¼ to ⅓ cup of sloppy joe mixture onto each slice.
  7. Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of shredded colby jack cheese on top of each.
  8. Return to the oven and bake just until the cheese melts.
  9. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

  • For extra flavor, try adding diced onions or bell peppers to the beef while browning. Leftover sloppy joe mixture can be refrigerated for up to 3 days or frozen for later use.
