Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • ¼ cup butter, melted
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • Optional: sliced pickles for garnish

Method

  1. Preheat the Oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat, then cook the ground beef until browned, about 7–8 minutes.
  3. Stir in Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper; mix well and remove from heat. Let cool slightly.
  4. Combine melted butter with minced garlic in a small bowl and stir well.
  5. Lay tortillas flat and evenly spread the beef mixture over each, then top with cheddar and mozzarella cheese.
  6. Roll each tortilla tightly, tucking in sides, place seam-side down on the baking sheet, and brush generously with garlic butter.
  7. Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden and cheese is melted.
  8. Let cool slightly before slicing into pinwheels; garnish with sliced pickles and serve warm.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add diced onions or sautéed mushrooms to the beef mixture. Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days and reheat in the oven for best texture.
