Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat, then cook the ground beef until browned, about 7–8 minutes.
Stir in Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper; mix well and remove from heat. Let cool slightly.
Combine melted butter with minced garlic in a small bowl and stir well.
Lay tortillas flat and evenly spread the beef mixture over each, then top with cheddar and mozzarella cheese.
Roll each tortilla tightly, tucking in sides, place seam-side down on the baking sheet, and brush generously with garlic butter.
Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden and cheese is melted.
Let cool slightly before slicing into pinwheels; garnish with sliced pickles and serve warm.
