Ingredients
Method
- Cut the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces and set aside. In a bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, dried oregano, dried basil, sweet paprika, salt, and freshly ground pepper. Toss the chicken pieces in the flour mixture until evenly coated. Heat olive oil and 2 tablespoons of unsalted butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken bites to the skillet in a single layer and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside. Reduce heat to medium, add the remaining 1 tablespoon of butter to the skillet. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant, being careful not to burn the garlic. Return the chicken bites to the skillet and toss to coat evenly with the garlic butter sauce. Sprinkle freshly chopped parsley over the chicken bites. Serve warm as a delicious snack or appetizer.
Notes
For extra heat, add a pinch of red pepper flakes when cooking the garlic. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat gently to maintain flavor and tenderness.
