Ingredients
  

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 2 cups baby carrots
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Method
